It’s the end of the road for Bryan Abasolo and Rachel Lindsay. Their love story, which began on The Bachelorette in 2017, has hit a wall.
After four years of wedded bliss, Bryan, a chiropractor, filed for divorce on the second day of the year. He cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their split.
Later that day, Bryan took to Instagram. He shared a heartfelt message about his and Rachel’s decision to part ways.
Bryan’s not one to air his dirty laundry on social media. He prefers to keep a safe space for his family. “If you’ve been following me for a while, you know I don’t like to put my personal affairs on social media,” he wrote.
He’s known to many as a chiropractor. But his proudest role? Being a husband.
Yet, at 43, Bryan and Rachel have made a tough call. They’ve decided to call it quits and start afresh.
Bryan also gave Bachelor Nation fans a peek into their breakup. He said, “My parents have been married forever and I’m a family man, but sometimes loving yourself and your partner means you must let go.”
