In the Twilight saga, Reed played Rosalie Hale. On the other hand, Somerhalder is best known for his role as the attractive vampire, Damon Salvatore, in the CW drama, The Vampire Diaries. The TikTok video starts with Reed appearing solo, then Somerhalder walks in behind her.
The video includes flashes of their characters staring at each other. It ends with Somerhalder dipping his wife and planting a kiss on her, causing her to burst into laughter. Reed captioned the video “CC Emmett Cullen,” referring to her Twilight character’s husband, portrayed by Kellan Lutz.
Somerhalder responded with a comment that read, “You are my Roman Empire!!!!!” The following day, Reed posted a follow-up TikTok. In this video, she pretends to call someone to report her encounter with Somerhalder, who is seen staring at her intently from a short distance.
She starts the call saying, “Hi, there’s this guy, tall, dark hair, pretty handsome.” She then describes him as a “kind of like a wannabe vampire.” Reed continues her pretend call saying, “He just tried to dip me. Um, could you help me?” This playful exchange adds a touch of humor to their online presence.
