Diaper or bottle? That’s the big question for Trey Brunson and Riah Nelson. The couple recently welcomed their first child on December 29.
The stars of The Ultimatum’s second season made the announcement on Instagram. They posted a heartwarming photo of their newborn, Lailanni Brunson, on January 3. The little one was all decked out in a pink bow and swaddle.
“SOOOOOOO IN LOVE!” They exclaimed in a joint post. It’s clear that they’re over the moon about their new arrival.
They described their journey as amazing. The sight of their healthy baby entering the world was the perfect way to bid goodbye to 2023.
And they’re eager for what’s next. “Can’t wait to experience all of this next chapter,” they shared.
The couple’s engagement was a highlight of the Netflix reality show. They dropped the baby news in September.
Riah took to Instagram to share her excitement about the next chapter: Motherhood. “These past 5 months have been so sweet and special,” she wrote. She spoke of the joy of hearing the baby’s heartbeat and feeling the little flutters and kicks.
“We cannot wait to meet you,” she added. It’s clear that this couple is ready for all the joys and challenges parenthood will bring.
