Akeem was born in Brooklyn, New York, USA on June 13, 1991. Best known as being one half of the east coast based rap duo The Underachievers. In 2012, he and his group mate Issa Gold were signed to the producer and rapper Flying Lotus ‘ Brainfeeder label.
He met Gold in 2007 while still a high school student. He began his early rap career under the name The Underachiever.
Did you know: In August 2014, he and Gold released their debut studio album, Cellar Door: Terminus Ut Exordium. They released their follow-up album, Evermore: The Art of Duality, to iTunes in September 2015.
