Javier was born in Madrid, Spain on April 15, 1991. Figure skater from Spain who won back-to-back men’s singles titles at the European Figure Skating Championships in 2013 and 2014. He was the flagbearer for Spain at the 2014 Winter Olympics.

He played hockey, tennis and soccer before taking up figure skating.
