Laura was born in Oakland, California, USA on September 21, 1979. Season 1 and 2 star of the VH1 reality series Basketball Wives: LA. She is the ex-fiance of former NBA all-star Gilbert Arenas.

She was hit by a drunk driver when she was just seven years old. She remained in a coma for three months, and upon awaking, had to relearn everything from walking to talking.

Did you know: She was a basketball player in high school, averaging 30 points per game. She earned a full-ride scholarship to New Mexico State University where she earned a Master’s Degree in Sports Psychology on top of her BA in International Business.
