Scarlett was born in Brighton on March 11, 1986. Singer and songwriter best known as one member of the electro-swing group Kitten & The Hip. She auditioned as one half of the group on the eleventh series of the X Factor but was accepted as a solo act into the competition.

She began singing and dancing at the age of six, training at the National Youth Music Theater. By twelve, she’d scored a spot as a presenter for Disney Junior.
