Suzanne was born in Lansing on December 4, 1966. Journalist and news anchor, best known for her work with CNN on shows like CNN Newsroom, Around the World, and The Situation Room. She has reported on many important events in history and interviewed presidents George H. W. Bush, Bill Clinton, and George W. Bush.

She got her first job in television in Boston, Massachusetts, with New England Cable News where she worked from 1992 to 1996. She then relocated to Washington DC where she worked as a crime beat reporter for an NBC affiliate until 1999. In 1999 she was recruited for NBC News. She worked in Washington DC and in Chicago. She joined CNN in 2002 and returned to Washington DC.

Did you know: She runs the charity MalveauxMission.org which is an organization dedicated to finding a cure for ALS. The inspiration is her mother, who was diagnosed with the disease. In 2015, she was involved in some ridicule after doing a segment on what she and producers thought was an ISIL flag at the Pride Parade.
