Tim was born in United States on November 1, 1964. Fitness instructor who rose to fame as the founder and CEO of ATTACK Athletics. He has trained Michael Jordan and Kobe Bryant on a personal basis, and as a result of his work, authored the best-selling book RELENTLESS: From Good to Great to Unstoppable in 2014.
He earned his bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from the University of Illinois-Chicago, where he starred on the men’s basketball team. He later earned his master’s degree in exercise science.
Did you know: He outlined his training regimens for Michael Jordan and Kobe Bryant in his 2014 book Jump Attack: The Formula for Explosive Athletic Performance, Jumping Higher. He was awarded the University of Illinois-Chicago’s lifetime achievement award in 2010 and placed in their athletic hall of fame.
